Interesting. Oddly, it reminded me of a reply I once heard to the joke, why did the chicken cross the road? to which Einstein replies:

'Whether the chicken crossed the road, or the road moved beneath the chicken, depends on your frame of reference.'

Your image hints at this physics point. The optical illusion of the puddle walking toward us. Nice image. Suitably wet and wintery for this time of year.
